Pricing questions, answered.

No. Route4Me and OptimoRoute are designed for last-mile delivery fleets and field service teams — typically 10-50 stops per vehicle, no TMS integration, and no EDI. Routevein is built for mid-market freight: 500–2,000+ weekly stops across multi-depot networks, with native EDI 204/990/214/210, HOS compliance as a hard routing constraint, and LTL consolidation logic inside the solver. If you run a private fleet and use a TMS, Routevein is the relevant comparison.
A stop is any delivery, pickup, or service point in a route plan — including customer locations, depot check-ins, and cross-dock events. Driver home-base and depart/return legs do not count toward your stop volume.
EDI transaction processing (204/990/214/210) is included in your subscription at no additional per-transaction fee. AS2 and SFTP transport are both supported. If you need custom EDI segment mappings beyond standard X12 transaction sets, that falls under Enterprise tier.
No setup fee for Starter and Growth. For Enterprise, onboarding scope (custom EDI mappings, data migration, VRP constraint modeling) is scoped separately. We'll walk through that during the pilot stage — there are no surprise onboarding invoices after you sign.
Starter includes 1 TMS integration (Oracle OTM, MercuryGate, McLeod, or TMW Suite). Growth includes 3. Enterprise is unlimited. ELD integrations (Samsara, Motive, Geotab) are available as add-ons at any tier for live HOS cycle import.
We run your actual historical stop data through the Routevein solver — typically 4-6 weeks of dispatch records — and show you what the optimized routes would have looked like: deadhead reduction, cost-per-mile delta, HOS compliance gaps.
